Love your shirt or we'll make it right.

We offer refunds if the wrong item was sent, or if your item arrives damaged or defective. If it just doesn't work out for you, our 45-Day Germination Guarantee has you covered too.

Refund requests must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@botanicalwear.com with your order number. Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping cost.

Policies may change occasionally as we grow, but we'll always aim to treat our customers fairly. Plants die sometimes. Customer relationships shouldn't.
